Christina Kim has proven herself to be a knowledgeable, expertly skilled, and well qualified real estate agent. She has shown that she can negotiate effectively with not only the seller's agent but that she can also manage and interface with the escrow agent as well as the mortgage company representative. I selected Christina as my real estate agent first because i recognized that she could manage to reduce the price of my desired unit to a lower price.
